Smartkarma is hiring an M&A Integration Specialist to lead the integration process of merged / acquired companies to achieve strategic objectives, by developing and executing on comprehensive integration plans.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess integration needs and identify key synergies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful integration execution.
- Facilitate communication and change management strategies to support smooth transitions.
- Monitor integration progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on integration status and outcomes.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Results-oriented, experienced and performance-driven, with strong financial acumen
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, including concise writing and presentation abilities.
- A collaborative team player who works effectively across all organizational levels.
- A self-starter with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a fintech company or high-growth startup is a plus.
