Job Opportunity:

.NET Cloud Application Programmer

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support for our .NET-based software systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, coding, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for .NET applications (C#) and related systems.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deploy updates, patches, and enhancements.
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential problems.
  • Document support activities, issue resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Analyze user requirements and recommend improvements for application stability and efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
  • Proven experience in development or application support, ideally 2+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET Framework (C#), MS-SQL/MySQL, Scripting (PowerShell).
  • Experience with application troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with software deployment and maintenance processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
