Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned C# .NET professional to assume the role of Technical Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams in delivering projects from initiation to deployment.
Your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing C# .NET applications as well as CRM platforms using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and solution designs.
A key aspect of this role is overseeing system architecture, data modeling, and integration between Dynamics 365 and other internal systems via APIs or middleware. Additionally, you will be accountable for driving end-to-end solution delivery, including code review, unit testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
To succeed in this position, you must have strong hands-on experience in application development, preferably in C# .NET. A proven track record of technical leadership in application delivery is essential, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
In terms of education, we require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification. At least 10+ years of working experience with a proven background in technical leadership and strong hands-on experience in C# .NET application development are necessary.
You will also need experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the ability to work across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
