Main Responsibilities:
  • Student Support: Assist students with inquiries, ensure clear communication of programme details and academic requirements, and provide timely support throughout their academic journey.
  • Attendance and Leave Management: Maintain accurate student attendance records, intervene when necessary, and process leave applications efficiently.
  • Academic Support: Coordinate academic interventions for students requiring additional support, collaborating with the academic department to ensure effective solutions.
  • Conduct and Compliance: Monitor and address issues related to academic and non-academic student conduct, ensuring compliance with institutional standards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage Student's Pass cancellation and renewal for students, handle appeals related to assessments, and issue transcripts and certificates accurately and on time.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a diploma in any discipline.
  • Customer Service Experience: Preferably 1 year of work experience in customer services within the education sector.
