Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our Direct Investments team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of companies across various sectors, including consumer goods, healthcare, financial services, and technology.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient evaluation and execution of investments in minority private equity, growth capital, buyouts, and structured capital transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong academic background with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a top-tier investment bank, private equity fund, or leading consulting firm
  • Solid deal execution experience (M&A and/or ECM transactions) to support financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of investment materials
  • Good commercial judgment, coupled with experience in financial modeling and analysis, sector research, and execution and closing skills in direct investments
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships with management teams, diligence advisors, bankers, and navigate internal processes and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask
