Nursing Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled nursing professional to join our healthcare team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical practitioners, and act as a key liaison for Japanese-speaking patients to ensure clear communication and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the highest standards of the profession.
  • Assist doctors in medical procedures, patient assessments, and treatment plans.
  • Serve as a translator/interpreter for Japanese-speaking patients to ensure accurate communication of symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment instructions.
  • Educate and counsel patients on treatment, medications, and preventive care in both English and Japanese.
  • Maintain accurate nursing documentation, patient records, and care reports.
  • Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
  • Ensure infection control, patient safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
  • Diploma/Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (hospital, clinic, or specialized care setting).
  • Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written), as the role involves direct communication with Japanese-speaking patients and families.
