Clinical Care Specialist Position

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Care Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist doctors with procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and comfort.
  • Provide reception and administration support, maintaining a smooth and efficient clinic environment.
  • Ensure ethical and patient care standards are met, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Counsel patients pre- and post-procedures, providing clear instructions and guidance.
  • Prepare patients for procedures and treatments, prioritizing their comfort and well-being.
  • Provide post-procedure care, ensuring patients receive the best possible outcome.
  • Perform other clinic- and patient-related operations or tasks as directed by the doctor or clinic manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fully registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritizing multiple responsibilities.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
