**Job Title:** Energy Modelling Specialist

Building energy simulations play a vital role in ensuring that our buildings are energy efficient and sustainable. As an Energy Modelling Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting building energy simulations from conceptual stage to design and operating stage.

**Responsibilities:

">
  • Conduct building energy simulations using industry-standard software such as IESVE, EnergyPlus, E20 or equivalent.">
  • Draft and review 3D models, including façade and shading features, to optimize energy efficiency.">
  • Review and discuss technical specifications with engineers and input relevant details into the simulation model.">
  • Analyze and extract relevant data from simulation results to provide advisories on energy efficient designs and optimization strategies.">

**Requirements:

">
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Energy and Environment or equivalent.">
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and ability to read drawings, elevation plans, sectional plans is required.">
  • Experience with energy modelling software is essential.">
  • Competence in Microsoft office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is a must.">
  • Team player with strong independent learning capabilities and excellent communication skills in English.">
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.">
