Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee technology team financials, headcounts and cost optimization. Candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, tech management, and project management with over 5 years of experience.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.
  • Conduct financial analysis and cost optimization exercises to identify efficiency improvements and savings.
  • Monitor and track technology spending, budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure KPIs are aligned with strategic goals and deliver maximum value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide quarterly updates on KPIs and the strategic roadmap.
  • Prepare presentations for senior stakeholders providing insights into technology governance initiatives, risks and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in finance management, governance or related roles.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in financial analysis, budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
