Therapy Aide Job Description

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong foundation of knowledge and skills in therapy support.

  • Assisting therapists in assessing client suitability for therapy sessions
  • Collaborating on treatment plans
  • Recording therapy sessions accurately

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively liaise with therapists, clients, and other healthcare professionals.

The therapy aide will also provide education to patients and caregivers on therapeutic interventions, empower them to actively participate in the therapy process, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing inventories and equipment, performing administrative duties, and upholding the cleanliness and safety of therapy areas.
