About the Position

This is a complex SAP project delivery-focused role, responsible for managing successful implementation of SuccessFactors in various clients across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage entire SuccessFactors and SAP HCM projects from start to finish.
  • Work closely with top clients and their cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Involve in data gathering and analysis, project design, implementation, post-implementation support, and roll-out.
  • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility.
  • Work on implementation projects for Singapore clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience working in Singapore consulting environment.
  • Active hands-on Techno-Functional experience liaising with Singapore clients HR team & customer fronting.
  • Very experienced function and/or technical skills in all areas of the HCM/SF modules in Singapore consulting environment.
  • Certified in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules.
  • Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical & functional Solution Design.
  • Prior presales experience is an advantage.
  • Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules.
  • Must be fully vaccinated.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors & SAP HCM implementation processes.
