**Purpose**:
The Strategic Projects Manager will be responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives for Sterra. You will work across different functions of the business based on business needs. You will identify and prioritize key impactful projects, do planning and drive effective execution.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Lead, execute strategic projects that are aligned with overall business strategy.
- Work across different functions including operations, customer experience, data, sales, and others.
- Come up with strategies, plan, lead and execute to ensure project progression and results.
- Provide, manage and analyse all data required to complete the projects successfully.
- Own the cost and budget planning for projects assigned
- Prepare weekly project status reports, analyze progress and highlight any key challenges to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to high standards with excellent results.

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- Bachelor Degree with first class honors or 2nd upper from local universities
- Open to working and liaising with multiple departments in start-up
- 2-3 years of experience in working with different departments or business functions for start-ups
- Proven record of coming up with strong strategies that produced breakthrough results
- Proven record of planning, leading and project management that led to breakthrough results from the team
- High critical thinking but also willing to be on the ground for execution as needed.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, and completing priorities while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong personality with a “making things happen” & “crushing obstacles” mindset
- Creatives and passionate about proposing ideas & solutions
- Good communication (written and verbal) and people skills
- Independent, self-motivated, highly organized and possessing an eye for detail
