Highly Experienced IT Professional Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
The key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining servers, storage, and network devices to prevent system downtime.
- Monitoring infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage) to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Ensuring security and compliance through patching and system updates.
- Oversight of the health and performance of the infrastructure environment, optimizing resources as needed.
- Supporting and enhancing existing infrastructure through automation, configuration, and management best practices.
- Supporting backup and restore operations.
- Troubleshooting and resolving software and network issues quickly to minimize service disruptions.
- Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for infrastructure-related incidents.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Windows/Linux-based landscapes and have good knowledge of Red Hat Linux. Proficiency in Pega/Tomcat/JBoss is also an advantage.
Requirements- Minimum 3-4 years of related IT support frontline experience.
- Local polytechnic or masters' degree in IT-related fields.
- Average normal proficiency in bilingual communication and presentation skills.
- Well-versed in Windows/Linux-based landscapes.
- Good knowledge of Red Hat Linux.
- Good to have Pega/Tomcat/JBoss experience.
