Senior Director of Affiliate Program

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our affiliate program strategy and drive growth in the US and UAE markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for launching creator programs, architecting a reward engine, securing top finance influencers, and building multi-touch funnels linking impressions to trading-fee revenue.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive funded-user growth, net deposits, and fee revenue.
  • Launch creator programs in both regions within six months, setting market-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and shifting budget weekly to deliver the highest marginal lifetime value.
  • Design and iterate a reward engine that combines sign-up, first-deposit, and first-trade cost-per-action (CPA) tiers with up-to-50% lifetime fee share, benchmarking against leading exchange programs.
