Senior HR Executive Job Summary

The Senior HR Executive will work closely with the Head of Human Resources to execute HR activities, programmes and initiatives in a small team setting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrating and tracking the recruitment and onboarding process from start to finish.
  • Managing employee records and human resource system administration.
  • Administering compensation and benefits, as well as employee engagement initiatives.
  • Processing payroll and approving claims.
  • Implementing the Performance Management process.

Duties and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a non-profit/charities industry.
  • Familiarity with Access EasyPay and Singapore's employment laws.
  • Strong administrative, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Key Skills:

  • Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
