Job Summary

This position involves leading cybersecurity solutions to identify, create, and communicate risk mitigation options across various technical areas in support of project goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage technical teams to discuss and propose approaches to meet current and future cybersecurity needs.
  • Define the target state of cybersecurity products and drive achievement of strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall cybersecurity of software applications and systems.
  • Lead evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and assess design and technical credentials for existing systems and architecture.
  • Leads communities of practice to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge cybersecurity technologies.
  • Conduct Threat Models and Security Architecture Reviews of enterprise infrastructure and products.
Requirements:
  • Formal training or certification on cybersecurity concepts and 5+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines.
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions and controls.
  • Advanced in one or more programming/scripting languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Offensive Security skills such as Penetration Testing and/or Security certifications.
  • Experience working in Defensive technologies such as SIEM tools.
  • Knowledge in public cloud environments and relevant certifications.
  • Practical artificial intelligence and machine learning experience.
