Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Intrawise Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

About the Intrawise Specialist Role:

The Intrawise Specialist is an intermediate-level position in Wise's Third Party Management Team. Specialists drive independent projects to achieve Wise's mission and measure outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of internal services, how Wise leverages scale to support global teams, and their impact on customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Development and Project Management: Lead the creation of new processes on IntraGroup Governance and enhance existing ones.
  • SLA Management: Oversee company-wide SLAs, address ad-hoc issues, and collaborate with SLA providers and country managers.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Create and present monthly presentations on SLA and KPI performance, issue management, breaches, new services, and mitigation planning.
  • Collaboration: Work with Wisers to redefine and define new SLAs, contributing expertise and skills to achieve project goals.
  • Reporting Oversight: Independently oversee all SLAs monitored around Wise, ensuring efficacy and reliability through SLA and KPI supervision.
  • Effective Communication: Lead communication with key stakeholders, fostering dialogue between internal stakeholders with different management structures.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections to enhance collaboration, provide assistance, and share critical information.

The Intrawise Specialist reports directly to the Intrawise Lead.
