About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Intrawise Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As an Intrawise Specialist, you will play a key role in driving process improvement and governance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new processes to enhance intra-group operations and drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee company-wide SLAs, address ad-hoc issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and expand relationships.
  • Provide regulatory reporting and analysis, including monthly presentations on SLA and KPI performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to work on SLA development and project goals.
  • Ensure efficacy and reliability through SLA and KPI supervision.
  • Lead communication with key stakeholders, fostering effective dialogue and handling challenging discussions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the team and across the organization.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of SLAs and KPIs and their importance in company performance improvement.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on Wise.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and a passion for tackling challenges.
  • A creative, constructive mindset that helps to improve processes.
