We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate, Valuations & Portfolio Reporting Support.

This role is responsible for providing analytical support and performance reporting to drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

They will be responsible for managing support for valuations and portfolio reporting, including portfolio analytics and property-level performance.

The role will also involve liaison with Blackstone's asset management, portfolio management, and finance teams to support monthly and/or quarterly valuation processes.

In addition, the Associate, Valuations & Portfolio Reporting Support will work with external third parties to coordinate appraisals or facilitate valuation reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the quarterly internal valuation support cycles together with Blackstone.
  • Supports the quarterly 'Now Expected' distribution projection cycles for each investment through update of hold-sell analysis for each property.
  • Facilitates the onboarding of excel underwriting cash flow models into Argus Enterprise following acquisition of new properties
  • Manages and maintains robust Argus cash flow models to be exported into excel valuation models.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a major in Finance, Accounting or closely related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in real estate related field such as valuations, financial analysis, accounting, etc.
  • Non required; however, progression towards MAI, CFA, CPA or similar preferred.
