Our company is seeking a skilled Quantitative Analyst to join our Electronic Trading team. The role involves developing quantitative models for electronic trading of FX products, collaborating with the development team to implement ideas into production, and working closely with the eSales team to service client needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex mathematical models to analyze and optimize FX market making and algorithmic trading strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and sales, to design and implement innovative solutions for clients
  • Design and develop high-frequency financial time series analysis tools and techniques
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Contribute to the development of new features and functionality in existing systems

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantitative finance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or engineering discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in developing quantitative models for electronic trading of FX products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, and relevant quantitative packages (Pandas, scikit-learn)
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze complex, large-scale, high-dimensionality data from multiple sources
