Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator - Tiling

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator - Tiling to join our team.

The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate tiling works at project sites, ensuring quality and timely completion. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage workers and liaise with stakeholders.

  • Supervise and coordinate tiling works at project sites.
  • Manage and lead site workers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and finishing meet required standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients on project requirements and updates.
  • Prepare daily/weekly site reports and resolve site issues.
  • Monitor use of materials and control wastage.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in construction.
  • Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and installation standards.
  • Familiar with workplace safety regulations.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
