Job Overview:

The role of Procurement Executive plays a pivotal part in supporting procurement functions. The position entails day-to-day activities and overall procurement execution.

  • Collaborate with the Procurement Manager on purchasing matters, including monitoring stock levels, quality control, dispute resolution, and vendor screening.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify suitable vendors for the approved list.
  • Evaluate quotations from vendors and negotiate prices to ensure optimal value.
  • Cordinate purchasing activities based on business needs.
  • Monitor processes and supplier performance, resolving issues promptly.
  • Liaise with restaurant teams on requirements and provide support on delivery issues
  • Monitor contracts and renewal prior to expiry

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within the food industry.
  • Proven track record in cost management, vendor management, quality controls, and inventory management.
  • Positive work attitude, proactive, resourceful, and independent.
  • Organized and meticulous.
