**The Role**:
As part of Group Procurement team, the Procurement Business Partner role supports internal stakeholders in Singapore and other Asian countries as required, enabling operations to meet key organisational objectives. Support of other countries may be required as part of global initiatives. As a Procurement Business Partner, you will:
As a Procurement Business Partner, you will:

- Engage with fellow Procurement team members to partner senior management of suppliers.
- Gather requirement to define sourcing and category management.
- Support Audit, IT, Training and Process implementation.
- Advise stakeholders on all aspects of procurement.
- Be a point of contact within Procurement to employees and suppliers to drive adoption and provide excellent customer service to solve problems (including travel, equipment) in real-time.
- Promote Procurement programs to ensure employees are fully educated on processes and policies.
- Generate monthly reports to identify and align best practices.
- Measure and achieve key targets aligned with Procurement KPIs Dashboard, such as cost reduction, cost avoidance savings, cashflow enablement, spends managed, supplier compliance, purchase order coverage, internal client satisfaction, etc.

**Qualifications**:
About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Degree in Business, Management or equivalent.
- Over 3 years track record in Procurement/Supply Chain at a multinational corporation (MNC) preferred.
- Skilled in contract & supplier management, and Project Management practice preferred.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to engage and influence across different levels.
