Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing reballing, non-destructive Level 1 Failure Analysis tests using X-ray and C-SAM, and repairing prototype assembly hardware including extraction and mounting of integrated circuits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience on component soldering, re-balling, X-ray and C-SAM
