About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining SAP applications aligned with business requirements of our clients across various industries.

  • This includes evaluating, designing, writing, coding, and testing SAP programs and applications.
  • The ideal candidate will independently research, design, document, and modify software throughout the development life cycle.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborating with other SAP functional and technical teams to maximize opportunities for promoting the strategic use of information technology and enabling the workforce to leverage technologies as a competitive tool.
  • Creating solutions that meet or exceed end-user expectations by leading the definition of solution designs to ensure they fit within the overall SAP landscape and leverage standards and best practices.
  • Working with business analysts and/or project leads to ensure accurate project plans with respect to detailed design and development activities.
  • Meeting with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues and/or identify support requirements for enhancements.
  • Developing and implementing custom applications as assigned.
  • Implementing and/or customizing third-party off-the-shelf applications.
  • Working as a key project resource on a project team or independently to complete assigned tasks.
  • Accepting accountability for technical aspects of development.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Completion of three full lifecycle SAP implementations utilizing standard SDLC methodologies such as ASAP or Waterfall Model.
  • Five years of development experience in SAP CX and SAP CRM-UI.
  • Five years of experience in SAP CRM supporting business processes such as Service Orders, Service Contracts, Sales, Install Bases, and Interaction Centre, including marketing and loyalty functionality in SAP CRM.
  • Five years of development experience in each of the following S/4HANA/ECC modules: FI, CO, SD, LE, PTP, MM, WM, PP.
  • Three years of experience in SAP systems such as EWM, GTS, SCM/Ariba, APO.
  • Desired experience in Human Resources/SuccessFactors Module, including organizational management, personnel management, benefits, administration, and payroll.
  • Three years of experience developing with PI/PO.
  • Five years of development experience with SAP toolsets such as CRM Middleware, BDOCs, Graphical Mapping, ABAP Mapping, SLD/IR/ID configuration, Web Services, Screen Painter, Classes/Methods, BSPs, ABAP Workbench, WebDynpro for JAVA/ABAP, Workflow, Object Oriented ABAP, Function modules (RFC), SAP Script, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, BPM, User Exits, BADIs, ALV, ALE, EDI, IDOCs, CMOD, Enhancement Spots, BDC/Call Transaction, Logical Database, Data Dictionary, etc.
  • Three years of experience developing and presenting technical solution recommendations to leadership to solve complex business issues.
  • Five years of experience in SAP FIORI/UI5 application development, especially for SD, MM, EWM.
  • Hands-on experience with Cordova plugin.
  • Experience and knowledge in SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, Fiori Design pattern, UI Theme designer, UI principles, FIORI Launchpad configuration, FIORI Gateway Services.
  • Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, JQuery development experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn new technologies with minimal training or supervision.
  • Ability to complete assigned work independently with limited direction.
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $100,000 - SGD $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
