The SAP ABAP/FIORI Consultant position at AXXIS CONSULTING (S) PTE. LTD. offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining SAP applications aligned with business requirements of our clients in diverse industries.

This role involves evaluating, designing, writing, coding, and testing SAP programs and applications, as well as independently researching, documenting, and modifying software throughout the development life cycle.

  • Collaborate closely with other SAP functional and technical teams in a collaborative environment to maximize opportunities for promoting the strategic use of information technology and empowering employees to leverage technology as a competitive tool.
  • Create solutions that meet or exceed end-user expectations, leading the definition of solution designs to ensure they fit within the overall SAP landscape and adhere to standards and best practices.
  • Work with business analysts and/or project leads to ensure project plans accurately reflect detailed design and development activities.
  • Meet with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as identify support requirements for enhancements.
  • Develop detailed design and developer module specifications based on business requirements, adhering to defined software development guidelines, ensuring optimal system performance is maintained, and code bases remain stable.
  • Perform technical research and root cause analysis of complex technical issues.
  • Develop custom applications as assigned, implementing and/or customizing third-party off-the-shelf applications.
  • Function as a key project resource on a project team or independently to complete assigned tasks.
  • Accept accountability for technical aspects of development.
  • Complete complex, hands-on development tasks with minimal direction.
  • Comply with Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed.
About You
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • You have completed three full lifecycle SAP implementations utilizing standard SDLC methodologies such as ASAP or Waterfall Model.
  • You possess five years of experience in SAP CX and SAP CRM-UI development.
  • You have five years of experience in SAP CRM, supporting Service Orders, Service Contracts, Sales, Install Bases, and Interaction Centre business processes, including Marketing and Loyalty functionality in SAP CRM.
  • You have five years of development experience in each of the following S/4HANA/ECC modules: FI, CO, SD, LE, PTP, MM, WM, PP.
  • You have three years of experience in SAP systems EWM, GTS, SCM/Ariba, and APO.
  • Prior experience with Human Resources (HR)/SuccessFactors Module is desired, covering Organizational Management, Personnel Management, Benefits, Administration & Payroll areas.
  • You have three years of experience developing with PI/PO.
  • You possess extensive development experience in SAP toolsets, including CRM Middleware, BDOCs, Graphical Mapping, ABAP Mapping, SLD/IR/ID configuration, Web Services, Screen Painter, Classes/Methods, BSPs, ABAP Workbench, WebDynpro for JAVA/ABAP, Workflow, Object Oriented ABAP, Function modules (RFC), SAP Script, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, BPM, User Exits, BADIs, ALV, ALE, EDI, IDOCs, CMOD, Enhancement Spots, BDC/Call Transaction, Logical Database, Data Dictionary, etc.
  • You have three years of experience presenting technical solution recommendations to leadership to solve complex business issues.
  • You have five years of experience in SAP FIORI/UI5 application development, particularly for SD, MM, EWM.
  • You have hands-on experience using Cordova plugins.
  • You have knowledge and experience with SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, Fiori Design Pattern, UI Theme Designer, UI Principles, FIORI Launchpad Configuration, FIORI Gateway Services.
  • Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, JQuery development experience is preferred.
  • You can learn new technologies quickly with minimal training or supervision.
  • You can work independently with minimal direction, completing assigned tasks efficiently.
  • You are able to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
  • You maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
  • You can effectively communicate technical information at multiple levels within the organization.
  • You multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • You possess strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail.
  • You maintain regular and predictable attendance.
