Job Summary

  • Ambitious and detail-driven project development specialist with a strong technical background in civil engineering, experienced in managing projects from planning to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To plan and execute assigned projects ensuring all engineering design and drawings meet technical specifications.
  • Coordinate and monitor work progress at construction sites conducting regular site inspections and attending meetings as necessary.
  • Prepare method statements risk assessments and safe working procedures for various tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager and Quantity Surveyor to ensure accurate project progress claiming taking measurements and quantities from drawings.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in LTA project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of project management principles including planning scheduling and procurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office AutoCAD and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
