Job Opportunity

This position offers the chance to lead regional sustainability initiatives and drive environmental, health, and safety programs across international sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet corporate and local sustainability directives by participating in councils and championing key initiatives.
  • Provide functional leadership and expertise in industrialization projects across APACT, aligned with business strategy and implementation plans.
  • Drive sustainability operational excellence and integration (energy, water, waste) to enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate with EH&S teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining compliance with EH&S Management System and documentation.
  • Spearhead process innovation and improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce cost, and elevate operational performance.
  • Champion a safety-first culture that exceeds safety goals and progresses toward zero-injury performance.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field. They should have 7–10 years of experience in infrastructure management, EHS, or sustainability, with 5–7 years in a leadership role.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Aviation and Aftermarket experience is beneficial.
  • Technical knowledge of engines repair, PW Repair Centers, and PW Engine Services business is helpful.
