Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Director

This exciting opportunity is for an accomplished professional to lead our regional sustainability strategy, driving success in meeting corporate and local directives. You will be a key champion of sustainability initiatives across international sites, providing leadership and expertise in infrastructure management, EHS, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve KPIs, implement top projects, and drive operational excellence and integration throughout operations and projects.
  • Provide functional leadership and expertise in the execution and operational success for new program industrialization.
  • Collaborate with central EH&S Sustainability Manager for alignment with APAC projects.
  • Oversee industrialization program infrastructure and property projects.
  • Spearhead process innovation and improvement initiatives that enhance quality, reduce cost, and elevate operational performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in infrastructure management, EHS, or sustainability, with 5-7 years in a leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of all aspects of the business, including EH&S, people development, regulatory, quality, operational, technical, and financial requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and U.S. EHS and sustainability regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Aviation and Aftermarket experience would be preferred.
