Project Oversight Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Oversight Specialist to lead the delivery of large complex projects from design to completion.

  • This includes overseeing full cycle project implementation and ensuring successful project execution.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical competence, excellent time management skills, and be able to liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities.
  • Prior experience in managing design and construction of complex building projects is essential, along with a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE board.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To oversee the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects.
  2. To produce the Project Execution Plan and be responsible for the financial viability, on-time delivery, and customer control.
  3. To manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness.
  4. To perform risk management and coordinate all site works including third-party vendors, ensuring works meet specification and briefs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing design and construction of complex building projects.
  • Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills.
  • Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
