Construction Project Manager


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, construction, and civil engineering.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and manages project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversees manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient utilization and minimize waste.
  • Coordinates with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Implements and monitors quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.
  • Ensures compliance with safety regulations and maintains a safe work environment.
  • Monitors and controls project costs to stay within budget.
  • Identifies and manages potential risks associated with the project.

Requirements:
  • Related BCA certifications or Diploma/Degree in Construction/Project Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Relevant Local Building Construction projects experience.
