Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Develop and implement ICA designs for process plants, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within specifications, and meeting industrial standards.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and smooth execution, including handling technical matters at site, managing subcontractors, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards, such as SIL, IEC, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Procurement and Scheduling: Support procurement work, develop cost estimates, and prepare schedules for ICA works.
  • Installation and Testing: Supervise the installation and testing of ICA works, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in process plant electrical EPC work, with a degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. For diploma holders, minimum 6 years of experience is required.
  • Skills: Familiarity with relevant codes of practice and standards in Singapore, experience with Revit/AutoCAD Plant 3D/Bentley, and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of control system architectures, industry standards and protocols, process control theory, and adaptive control strategies.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to guide technical discussions and collaborate with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in ICA Design and Site Work: Relevant experience in ICA design and site work for water, wastewater treatment, and incineration works.
  • Technical Understanding: Good technical understanding of water, wastewater, or incineration-related control systems.
