Project Manager

A Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects.

The ideal candidate will oversee the site project team, enabling their ability to complete the project on time and in good quality. He/She will supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in accordance with industry standards.

The Project Manager will be responsible for project management, ensuring smooth project implementation and completion. This includes cost control, project re-engineering to increase profit margins, preparation of monthly progress claims and expenditure budget control.

In addition, the Project Manager will lead testing and commissioning of project teams, conduct training to customers after project completion, provide technical support to customers and site project teams in equipment selection, and participate in technical discussions and progress meetings with clients, consultants, and main or sub-contractors.

Other duties include assisting the Safety Coordinator/Safety Officer in planning, assessing and implementing a comprehensive Project Safety System.

Requirements:

  • Related academic achievements in engineering (electrical) or building services
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience at local construction sites
  • Strong project management experience in related electrical installation projects (especially turnkey and A&A works) with strong technical knowledge and site experience
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of people and strong leadership quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project software including AutoCAD/Revit
  • Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and stress
