Electrical Project Manager

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical work installation projects. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of our electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective project execution.
  • Project Execution:
    • Monitor progress and identify potential issues to prevent delays.
    • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to address challenges and find solutions.
  • Resource Management:
    • Track expenses and optimize resource allocation to meet project objectives.
    • Evaluate change orders and variations to ensure financial viability.
  • Design Collaboration:
    • Review electrical engineering designs, specifications, and drawings.
    • Provide technical input and guidance to design professionals.

Additionally, you will be expected to:

  • Foster a collaborative work environment and promote best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the built environment, specifically in electrical work installation projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency with CAD software and MS Office.
  • A driving license and own car would be an advantage.
