Hotel Technology Manager

The hotel's technological needs require a skilled professional to oversee their smooth running. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the hotel's technology infrastructure, ensuring that systems comply with franchise standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the upgrade and migration of network equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, PCs, and servers.
- Oversee the upgrade and migration of application systems.
- Evaluate hardware and software contracts, collaborating with business partners as needed.
- Analyze and resolve critical technical issues promptly.
- Recommend and execute new digital tools to improve hotel operations and increase productivity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or security implementation, network administration, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Project management and execution skills.
- Professional certification in cyber or network security is advantageous.
- Proficient in network hardware, routing protocols, firewall administration, and VPN setup.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills to explain technical solutions.
