Job Description

We require someone with expertise in application development and monitoring, focusing on Java, Python, and containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust monitoring systems for applications.
  • Implement and configure tools like ELK stack and Grafana for monitoring purposes (if required).
  • Provide support for applications running on OpenShift environments.
  • Work on enhancements and resolve bugs in existing applications built with Java, Python, and Shell scripts.
Collaboration and Maintenance:
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to align monitoring setups and application enhancements.
  • Foster a team-oriented approach to achieve project goals effectively.
  • Ensure seamless application performance through proactive monitoring and prompt resolution of issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with the following essential skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Java programming.
  • Solid knowledge of Python scripting.

Apart from these essential skills, having experience with ELK stack, Grafana, Angular, Tapestry, JBoss, MariaDB, Filebeat, Metricbeat, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, DevOps practices, and container platforms like OpenShift is considered beneficial.

Our ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years of relevant experience in application support and monitoring.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is approximately $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
