Child Counsellor Position

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Child Counsellor to join our specialist child counselling centre. The ideal candidate will have the ability to form strong relationships with children, youths, and their families.

This challenging role requires a counsellor who can provide direct clinical services through counselling and group work. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing effective strategies with parents and children, implementing and following up on care plans and interventions, and participating in case conferences with the team and external agencies.

Key Requirements

  • Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Counselling or Psychology.
  • Minimum 2 years of counselling experience.
  • Addtional qualifications in CBT, play therapy, skills in behaviour management, case management, and group work are beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and strong communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to improve.
