Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in enhancing business operations by analyzing and improving existing processes.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to define business objectives, perform systematic business analysis, validate business requirements, design functional solutions, and document functional specifications.

In this role, you will also be responsible for guiding the testing team in writing test scenarios and reviewing them for signoff from stakeholders.

You will also analyze defects, prioritize their fix delivery, and document user manuals and release notes as required.

  • Define business objectives for new business requirements.
  • Perform systematic business analysis to understand the current state of business operations.
  • Validate business requirements to align with business needs, IT architecture, and security standards.
  • Design functional solutions and user workflows and document Functional Specifications.
  • Develop SIT/UAT/NRT scope and approach.
  • Guide Testing team in writing test scenarios/cases and review to get signoff from stakeholders.
  • Validate SIT test results produced by testing team to signoff.
  • Analyze defects and define defects priority for fix delivery by development team.
  • Document/review user manuals and release notes as required.
