Job Title

The primary role of the Workshop Coordinator is to provide administrative support, ensuring seamless operations in a workshop environment.

To achieve this goal, the ideal candidate should have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a lean team, with excellent written and communication skills in English. They must be proficient in MS Office and able to learn quickly.

  • Process invoices and payments to vendors, while maintaining effective communication with customers and suppliers.
  • Prepare accurate quotations for customers based on provided specifications.
  • Ensure all repair orders and invoices are updated and recorded in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships across all levels of personnel, both internally and externally.
  • Oversee payroll processes, claims expenses, and other related matters.
  • Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Liaise with customers and vendors to make necessary arrangements whenever needed.
  • Prepare sale-purchase agreements and follow up on insurance claims.
  • Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and record amounts received.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration support in a workshop or related industry.
  • Minimum of 'O' Levels or equivalent education preferred.
  • Interest in the automotive industry.
  • Strong coordination, interpersonal, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Customer service-oriented, attention to detail, highly responsible.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn quickly, working independently in a lean team.
