Job Title: Personalised Fitness Coach

The fitness coach plays a vital role in delivering high-quality fitness services to members. You will be responsible for providing personalized guidance, ensuring safe use of fitness facilities, and enhancing the overall wellness experience for our members.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the club gym.">
  • Be attentive on the gym floor and initiate member orientation.">
  • Communicate effectively and advocate for fitness.">
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and attention to detail in scheduling and tracking member progress.">
  • Ability to utilize and implement new technology, equipment, and techniques.">
  • Demonstrate proper gym equipment usage and correct members' form during exercises.">
  • Record and track monthly attendance chart.">
  • Ensure full operation and safety of equipment/machines and raise requisition if need to repair, replace, or purchase new equipment/machines.">
  • Work with the team to implement strategies to attract, retain, and grow the club member usage base.">
  • Ability to build relationship with members.">
  • Excellent customer service; energetic, enthusiastic, motivational Team Player.">
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.">
  • Contribute to building a great culture in the club.">
  • Willingness to step out of comfort zone to achieve excellence.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">">

Essential qualifications include:

  • ">
  • Diploma in Sports & Exercise Science or Nitec in Fitness Training or possess ACE-CPT, FISAF, or Fitness Instructor Certification (FIC).">
  • Possess a valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator card (AED) Standard First Aid.">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with members, staff, and stakeholders.">
  • Able to adapt to busy and fast-moving environment.">
  • Previous experience in a fitness club or hospitality environment preferred.">
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.">
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and with ability to work both independently and in a team.">
