At Elitez Pte Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled HR UAT Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and cases for Workday modules based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans and cases for Workday HR modules.
  • Lead end-to-end testing, including data validation, integration, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with HR, project teams, and Workday consultants to understand specific needs.
  • Document test results, identify issues or defects, and provide detailed reports with recommendations.
  • Assist in creating training materials and user guides for end-users.
  • Support users during the UAT phase and help resolve any issues.
  • Suggest improvements to testing processes and stay updated on Workday updates and features.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in UAT for Workday.
  • Experience working in/with Human Resource Department.
  • Proven experience in UAT testing with Workday; certification in Workday modules (HCM).
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HR modules.
  • Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with HR and technical teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; adaptable to changing priorities.
