Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Program Manager with project management tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Agile team to implement changes during SIT and UAT.
  • Improve system processes across integrated systems.
  • Develop and execute SIT test strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end UAT coordination.
  • Address issues, bugs, and change requests from SIT/UAT.
  • Handle stakeholder escalations.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in leading testing/QA team or testing related IT projects
  • Proficient in Agile principles.
  • Expertise in digital technologies and development trends.
  • Experience in project management with IT products.
  • Skilled in SIT and UAT processes.
  • Scrum Master certification.
  • SAFe certification or training is a plus
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, IT, or Engineering.
  • 5+ years in an enterprise-level technology organization.
  • Proven experience in IT project management and testing.
