The Client Support Specialist is responsible for providing efficient operational support to the client management system within the Community Services Department.
This role primarily focuses on receiving inquiries, managing home assessments, monitoring of client dashboard and social/welfare check on clients in the program.
Rotational Shift:8.00am - 8.00pm & 8.00pm - 8.00am
(- 4 working days/week)
1 year Contract Role, renewable contract with progression pathways, based on performance and organisational needs.
