Commercial Bread Maker


Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Commercial Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread products daily according to specifications from recipes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work a 5-day rostered work week from 8pm to 5:30am.
  • Maintain the highest quality and consistent product standards.
  • Ensure safe and proper equipment use at all times.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the workstation and adhere to health/sanitation regulations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a commercial baker.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
