Job Title: Gymnastics Program Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our gymnastics program. As Gymnastics Program Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the delivery of top-notch programs for children.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement gymnastics programs for children aged 18 months to 12 years
2. Lead classes of 10-20 children at a time and mentor junior coaches
3. Analyze management indicators and costs, identifying areas for improvement
4. Plan and implement strategies to achieve business targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong leadership and communication skills
2. Experience in coaching gymnastics for children
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Business acumen and analytical skills
