- Assist with subcontractors PO/sublets
- Conduct follow-up according to subcontractors' last activity
- Office Management
- Ensure office supplies are sufficient and order as needed
- Safekeep uniforms and safety boots and coordinate ordering
- Warranty Management
- Support the warranty department
- Update customer data
- Submit warranty claims
- Take part in warranty disposal
- Ensure warranty documents are submitted on time and error-free
- Customer Care
- Liaise with call centre on customer requests
- Assist with CCR-S
- Assist with VOC scores and response rate
- General Administration
- File all documents and scan and archive
- Minimum 1 year admin or working experience
