System Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled System Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.

This role involves providing end-to-end technical assistance to customers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience, and participating in the development of knowledge base articles and other support materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with sales and professional services teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation to assist colleagues and customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with Linux OS (Centos).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Skill Sets:
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols, DNS, HTTP, DHCP, RADIUS, SMTP, and SNMP.
  • Hands-on experience with database management systems (MySQL, MariaDB), clustering technologies (Pacemaker, Heartbeat, DRBD), and web services (Apache, Nginx).
  • Troubleshooting expertise to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Technical explanation and incident management skills.
