Job Title: System Operations Specialist

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced System Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, including fault management, configuration management, administration management, performance management, security management, project support, consultancy services, and general support management.

Responsibilities
Our System Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

• Monitoring system alarms and performing troubleshooting to identify and resolve faults;
• Maintaining accurate records of system configurations and settings;
• Providing technical support to users on system-related issues;
• Analyzing system performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
• Ensuring that all security protocols are followed and maintained;
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of system operations with other business functions;

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A strong background in IT operations, with experience in system administration and network management;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools;

Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, working 12 hours rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment. You will be required to work on-site at our facilities and may be required to travel to user sites occasionally.
