**Job Title:** Senior Quality Assurance Specialist


Job Description

This position requires a seasoned quality assurance specialist to lead and support a team of inspectors in curtain wall component installation projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting the QA/QC team, providing training and guidance to maintain consistent inspection standards, addressing and resolving quality issues during installation, and developing and implementing project-specific QA/QC plans and inspection procedures.

In addition, this role involves conducting regular on-site quality audits and inspections, identifying non-conformities, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly. The candidate will also participate in site meetings, report inspection results and quality concerns, and prepare accurate QA/QC records and reports.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC supervision, preferably in curtain wall or façade installation
  • Familiarity with curtain wall systems, materials, and installation procedures
  • Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, and project specifications
  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant QA/QC certifications an advantage
