Semiconductor Design Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge Foundation IP circuits. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and characterizing these circuits, as well as working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate FIPs and memory technologies
  • Define next-gen memory specs with system architects
  • Drive custom circuit design and simulation
  • Lead characterization and memory evaluation
  • Ensure high yield and reliability with process and foundry engineers
  • Review test data and recommend enhancements
  • Stay current with emerging memory trends

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end FIP development, experience with low-power, high-performance design techniques, and in-depth knowledge of memory architecture and key components. They will also be proficient with EDA tools and layout principles, and experienced in memory characterization and test data analysis.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5+ years of experience
  • Strong experience in end-to-end FIP development
  • Familiar with low-power, high-performance design techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of memory architecture and key components (e.g., sense amps, peripheral circuits)
  • Proficient with EDA tools and layout principles
  • Experienced in memory characterization and test data analysis
